The Massachusetts Independent Title Examiners Association (MITEA) was formed in 2005 as a non-profit trade association through a collaboration of Independent Title Examiners interested in securing the integrity of Real Estate Title Examinations throughout the state of Massachusetts.

MITEA’s benefits include: Educational Seminars offered specifically for its members, Liaison efforts with other real estate industry associations, Networking and Public Relation opportunities as well as potentially discounted insurance benefits.

Members include: Title Examiners and Real Estate Attorneys and others  in the real estate industry. Membership is available at two levels for individuals involved in the production of real estate title information within the state of Massachusetts.
