REGISTRY NEWS ALERT: The Norfolk County Registry of Deeds is currently under construction. Index books must be requested in writing but may also be viewed on the Web site. If a book is needed please ask for Richard Kennedy or Robert Glynn. Register O’Donnell reports that the general contractor is monitoring the air quality and has assured the Register that it has been and is lower than allowed at all times. A substantial completion date is expected in Mid May, 2019. We look forward to the New changes !

The MITEA Educational Program Series is designed to provide Up To Date Title Information to MITEA members, Title Agents and the Examiners that work for Title Agents. The GOAL is to improve the Title product delivered to Title Agents and Insured by Title Insurance Companies.
Collaboration participants are comprised of Title Insurance Company representatives who are willing to participate in Educational Seminars hosted by MITEA across the State.
